I really like the contrast of colors and textures in this design, and the way you included a least a bit of the opposite color in each side with the dots. The copper-like piece in the middle acts as a good barrier between the two sides.

the fact that i included the other color a bit in each side is like a ying-yang principe

, i think nature works like that, it's nothing absolute and untouched by other elements, there is always something green(living) in places you would not expect
the piece in the middle is copper, not copper-like
